Grown in the El General Valley in the south of the Country, Climatic conditions are of a Greenhouse with evergreen growth. Here the coffee is not subject to very well-defined seasons between Dry and Rainy, resulting in mild acidity, but very strong aroma and medium body. This becomes a very stomach friendly coffee, not heavy or extremely acidic but with excellent flavor and uplift.
It gives notes of sweet chocolate, some hazelnut or mild spice with floral finishing just as a relaxing beverage should be.
